Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Tazkiyah Threads.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, caps may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
